Immediately after the production phase is the post-production phase, where the editing of the job is carried out. The post-production phase involves:

  • Analyzing all the footage that's been shot;

  • Selecting the best parts;

  • Syncing the footage with the soundtrack;

  • Creating a solid structure to the story that produces maximum impact;

  • Assembling the footage;

  • The addition of carefully selected music and sound effects;

  • Colour correction.


Then the first rough cut is sent to you, and this takes a couple of back and forth to implement the feedback.
